็How good is Germinated GABA rice for brain?

Germinated brown rice (GBR) is germinated by soakingin water and thenbe sprouting. GBR is rich with an abundant of nutrition.  GBR may be called as GABA rice because gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) level is high in GBR.  Furthermore, glutamic acid and glutamate decarboxylase, convertingglutamate to be GABA, are found in GBR [1].  The consumption ofGBR enriched with GABA can alleviate the depression and sleeplessness during the menopausal and presenile period [2].  The GABA can also enhancethe alpha wave and decrease the beta wave in the brain.  The consequences lead to increased relaxing effect and decreased anxiety and stress in volunteers [3], [4].  GABA can potentially protect the sleep disruption against caffein in mice [5].
